Q: How can I obtain a debit card for my account?
A: A short application is completed and card request is processed upon branch management approval. Your card will arrive in the mail shortly thereafter.

Q: How can I receive credit for an ATM withdrawal I did not receive?
A: You must complete an ATM error resolution form. Please visit one on our branches so that we can assist you with completing the form.

Q: What is the daily cash withdrawal limit on debit cards at an ATM?
A: $300.00 is the daily cash limit on our debit card.

Q: What is the daily purchase limit on debit cards?
A: $1,200.00 daily purchase withdrawal / maximum 10 transactions limitation exists on all debit cards. The limitations may be temporarily increased, please call 800-646-1658. Monday-Friday 9am-4pm.

Q: Are my deposits insured by the FDIC insurance?
A: YES!! All deposits are insured up to the maximum allowed by FDIC insurance guide lines. The standard insurance amount currently is $250,000.00 per depositor, per bank. The FDIC provides separate coverage for deposits held in different account ownership categories.

Depositors may qualify for more coverage if they have funds in different ownership categories and all FDIC requirements are met. Stop by our offices and we can help with any questions you may have. You can visit http://www.fdic.gov/deposit/ for more information also.
