W. David Crumhorn has served the institution as President and Chief Executive Officer since 1994 and was elected Chairman in 2013. He has worked in banking and financial services for over forty years and has served on the board of directors of the Louisiana Savings and Loan League and the Louisiana Bankers Association, as well as multiple terms as Chairman of Habitat for Humanity St. Tammany West.
Jason S. Hunt joined the board of directors in 2013. In 1997 he and his brother Kevin founded the company now known as Hunt Telecom, Inc. Serving as President, it has grown under his leadership into a multi-million dollar business providing a wide array of information technology services to more than three hundred business clients. He is also a deacon at First Baptist Church of Covington.
William Thomas Ballantine Jr. joined the board of directors of the bank in 2012, bringing over forty years experience in construction, oil field services, environmental, and marine related industries. Until his retirement in 2007 he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Newpark Resources, Inc. of New Orleans. Tom serves numerous civic organizations and is a professional photographer. His photos can be seen at TomBallantinePhotography.com. Tom is married to Carol with one child and two marvelous grandchildren.
Elizabeth M. Eustis has served as a director of the bank since 2010. After twelve years in residential real estate, she ventured into the commercial market in 2005 and was named the 2007 Realtor of the Year by the Northshore Area Board of Realtors. She then earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2009. Currently Director of Membership for Keller Williams Commercial she continues to practice in both residential and commercial markets. Lizby is a lifelong resident of Covington and is actively involved in many organizations.
Salvatore “Sam” A. Caruso Jr. has served the institution as a director since 2012. An executive with expertise in governmental relations, business development, marketing, and strategic planning, Sam has been a corporate leader and an entrepreneur his entire career. Sam spent 25 years as the Director of Business Development at Slidell Memorial Hospital, where he continues to serve as a strategic consultant. He now serves as the Director of Advancement for Pope John Paul II High School and the Archdiocese of New Orleans. He is a co-owner of UNITS of New Orleans, a portable storage company with franchises throughout the United States. He owns a consulting company, Campaign Depot, LLC, that specializes in business strategy formation, foundation work and marketing strategy. Sam and his wife also run a travel agency, Anna & Sam Love Travel Planners, specializing in all things Disney, international travel, domestic travel, cruise lines and all-inclusive resort packages. He is a graduate of Leadership Louisiana and Leadership Slidell (Louisiana) and is active in many civic and charitable organizations in his hometown. These include the Olde Towne Historic Preservation Commission, SMM Feeding Mission supporting victims of natural disasters, local Chambers of Commerce, Main Street USA and others.
Julian J. Rodrigue Jr. has served the institution as director since 1997. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and LSU Law School, he has practiced law in his hometown of Covington for over thirty years; he currently serves as City Attorney.
