Heritage NOLA Bancorp, Inc.
(“Heritage NOLA”) was incorporated in the State of Maryland in February
2017 for the purpose of becoming the stock holding company of Heritage Bank of
St. Tammany (the “Bank”) in connection with the Bank’s mutual to stock
conversion, which was consummated on July 12, 2017. Heritage NOLA owns all of the issued and
outstanding stock of the Bank. Heritage NOLA's common stock is traded on the OTC Pink Marketplace, quoted under the symbol “HRGG".
Heritage Bank of St. Tammany was founded as “St. Tammany
Homestead Association” in 1924 and is headquartered in Covington,
Louisiana. We provide banking and
financial services in the United States. Our deposit products include non-interest-bearing
and interest-bearing demand accounts, savings accounts, and certificates of
deposit. We also offer one-to-four-family residential real estate loans, commercial real estate loans,
construction and land loans, commercial real estate and other business loans,
as well as home equity lines of credit and consumer loans. We operate through two full-service banking
offices located in Covington and Slidell.
